Features

Specializing in design, installation, and maintenance of ecologically
balanced and virtually maintenance free water gardens.

Water features are today's hottest trend in landscaping. "They are the number one thing a homeowner would add to their home," (USA Today, 2002-2005). Across America, high maintenance, boring expanses of lawn are being transformed into beautiful, low maintenance water features. In addition, water features, like other types of landscaping, mature with age, thus increasing the value of your property more than any other type of home improvement.

I'm Chris Oberg , the owner and installer for Purely Ponds. I am on site for every project from beginning to end. I hold an extreme commitment to excellence and attention to detail. My business thrives from customer referrals, which means anything less than total customer satisfaction is unacceptable. Give me a call to schedule your design consultation today!

I am certified by the world's number one largest pond specialists, Aquascape Designs Inc. Purely Ponds is one of twelve elite businesses in Colorado and the only in Colorado Springs to hold this certification. Please verify my CAC certification at www.aquascapedesigns.com.

Why Choose a CAC (Certified Aquascape Contractor): Choosing a Certified Aquascape Contractor (CAC) is one of the best decisions you can make when looking to have your own backyard paradise installed. Certified Aquascape Contractors are the most qualified and informed pond installers in the water gardening industry. When you choose a Certified Aquascape Contractor you are choosing "The Best of the Best"!

  • Training - All CACs are trained in pond design and construction techniques by Aquascape Designs.
  • Quality - All CACs use high quality products, developed and field-tested by Aquascape Designs.
  • Knowledge - A CAC has extensive knowledge of all Aquascape products and is able to answer the questions that you have about your pond.
  • Customer Service - CACs have a proven record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Dedication - A CAC's primary business is installing and maintaining water features. All CACs are established, dedicated, and focused on the pond building profession.
  • Continued Education - CACs are required to attend Build-A-Pond Days and other training seminars throughout the year to maintain certification.
  • Teamwork - By learning and growing together, CACs maintain the highest level of quality and expertise. Past joint efforts include three separate water features at Epcot.

What makes a CAC?: All contractors who wish to become CACs must complete an in-depth application that includes referrals, pictures of completed ponds, and general questions about their business and water gardening philosophy. These applications are then reviewed by Technical Agents at Aquascape Designs and a Review Board made up of other established Certified Aquascape Contractors across North America. All CACs must attend pond-related training seminars annually to maintain certification and continue their education.
