Shipping Policy

UPS Ground Shipping is the standard shipping method offered on most orders. UPS Ground Shipping fees are calculated based on UPS Live Rates. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to PO Boxes. Custom shipping rates are applied to all pond and pondless waterfall kit orders. All delivery dates are estimates only. Local Free Delivery

We offer local free delivery on pond product orders totaling $30-$500 that are shipping to the Colorado Springs area in Colorado, USA in ungated communities and can be delivered locally by Purely Ponds. Local free delivery estimated arrival time is 5-7 business days. **Free delivery is excluded on all pond and pondless waterfall kits.

Refund Policy

Returns are allowed within 30 days of delivery with receipt. Returned items must be new and unopened with the receipt of purchase. Money will be refunded or items may be exchanged. Purely Ponds is not responsible for return shipping fees or return delivery, return shipping fees must be paid by the customer.

Order Acceptance Policy

We may require further information and verifications before fulfilling any order. All large orders require a signed credit card authorization form, a statement of understanding for your protection as well as ours.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
